Sometimes while focusing on saving lives and rapid transportation to a hospital, personal items can be misplaced. 

​

Normally, all personal items are transported with the patient, returned to the patient or given to the hospital staff who are caring for the patient.

​

On rare occasions, items may be left in the ambulance. These items are promptly forwarded to our Lost & Found office where they are secured. Every attempt is made to return items when we can identify an owner and that owners location.

If you are missing an item that was not located at the receiving hospital, please fill out the form below and we will check our Lost & Found for it.
